Welcome to Telford Hornets RFC

Telford Hornets Rugby Football Club is our thriving community voluntary  club built on fun, friendship, respect and pride.   Our club caters for girls and boys, women and men from the age of 4 years. Last season saw 3 of the teams gain promotion.  In 2022 we were finalists in the Telford and Wrekin Community Pride Awards.   Our club will celebrate its 65th Anniversary in 2023. We have over 300 members. 

We have 19 teams available depending on your age, gender and ability levels.  All abilities are welcome.  We also offer excellent coaching, training opportunities plus competitive and social rugby including walking rugby. Our people matter and we offer Health and Wellbeing space for people to socialise and enjoy life.  You can join us and become a Referee too.  

We also need people to help behind the scenes in a range of voluntary roles such as traditional committee roles, safeguarding, media, and club house maintenance tasks to name but a few.
